I came home, walked Bob, wrote some more on a short story I have been working on, started to read "Adrenaline" (thank you prowler323 and Amazon) then turned on the TV to do some meaningful watching. On the menu was "Monk," a really sweet, gentle detective show with Tony Shaloub (an actor whom I have always enjoyed but now he is getting really close to Garth Brooks territory for me in celebrity fantasies) and a 40s film with Anne Baxter titled "The Blue Gardenia." I fell asleep an hour into the film - not because of boredom, just because I was tired.
Today I spent paying bills, cleaning house and now I will finish it out with some more reading. I just had a quick lunch with Tommy and Ricky at Koo-Koo-Roo, a place I have avoided for memory reasons for the last year. I made it through lunch with the help of good conversation from my friends.
I have no expectations for tonight as it will be spent with Bob and around 7pm, a mental search will be done to find the lowest socially impactive dinner possible - by myself.
