Yesterday and Today
Yesterday was a really nice day. Some of Billy's friends and I went out to Rose Hills, sat there for over an hour while trading Billy stories and watched a beautiful sunset high upon the hill overlooking all of Los Angeles. We all piled into the car and went to El Coyote for dinner. It was great for me to spend some time with these guys who I had long ignored.

I came home, walked Bob, wrote some more on a short story I have been working on, started to read "Adrenaline" (thank you prowler323 and Amazon) then turned on the TV to do some meaningful watching. On the menu was "Monk," a really sweet, gentle detective show with Tony Shaloub (an actor whom I have always enjoyed but now he is getting really close to Garth Brooks territory for me in celebrity fantasies) and a 40s film with Anne Baxter titled "The Blue Gardenia." I fell asleep an hour into the film - not because of boredom, just because I was tired.

Today I spent paying bills, cleaning house and now I will finish it out with some more reading. I just had a quick lunch with Tommy and Ricky at Koo-Koo-Roo, a place I have avoided for memory reasons for the last year. I made it through lunch with the help of good conversation from my friends.

I have no expectations for tonight as it will be spent with Bob and around 7pm, a mental search will be done to find the lowest socially impactive dinner possible - by myself.

Current Mood: okay okay
Current Music: Jealous Guy - John Lennon

Sounds like you had a wonderful time with your friends sweetie. I'm happy. =o)

Have you developed a crush on Tony Shaloub? Hmmm? *giggle* I've always enjoyed everything he's been on. What is his nationality, do you know? I have the hottie totties for Russell Crowe. I saw his arse in Virtuosity & it brought on a mean case of Crowe-itis. DOH!

Hmm I am not sure what Tony's nationality is - Armenian perhaps? Something in the Eastern Europe neighborhood. There's something about his eyes that drive me crazy. The puppy in his eyes. I like puppies : )

I totally get Russell Crowe but he is more pit bull to me than lab. Great butt, though, in a bad film : )

Re:

Everytime I look at Russell I think of how much he looks like a Boxer. Doesn't he though? *yarf*

Oh G-d, was that movie bad. I really want to see him in Romper Stomper. I hear there's hot booty action there too. Oh, and the movie is good I think. *giggle*
